Obviously, I need to clarify something.
The reason it states in the club rules that your icon needs to be posted in your journal is for promoting purposes. That means, for however many journals you have, the icon needs to remain in the one that is visible on your main DA page.
Here's a tip: if you put the icon codes in the Footer section of your journal, you'll never have to worry or think about posting it again, because it will do it automatically.
If you still don't understand, you can check out my page: =elphameline. Search through past journals, and you'll see that I have it on there every time. As I join clubs, I post the new ones. And I never have to think about it. Do it once, and bam.
You may have noticed that I checked up on everyone's pages yesterday. Heh. The club has been... a little slow of late. Not just with submissions, but with hustle and bustle overall. If any of you have Gelphie art, toss toss it on over! 
This isn't one of those clubs where you post a disclaimer on the description of your work like "Blah-blah-club has permission to post this art in their club", because I simply don't have the time to check your pages and sort through the stuff you submit that's non-gelphie.
I appreciate your understanding in the matter.

No, this isn't an April Fool's prank! 
All members have been added as friends. I know some of you, at least, are aware of club policies and are going, WHAT?! Don't worry, the only box checked is for "Friend". The club isn't actually watching you.
Also, all deviations now have the DeviantArt watermark. People have still been leaving 
s on your work, so I'm trying everything I can to get people to check out the actual deviation. Another reason for the watermark is to prevent art theft. I don't want to get blamed if something happens!

Okay, guys. Since I'm tired of sending people repeated Notes about leaving s in the club, I'm just making a new rule. If you a club deviation and don't a] remove your from the club and put it on the real deviation and b] reply to the note telling me you did so, then you're removed from the club.
I understand that some people just do it as a reflex, but to completely ignore the note I send you about it and to KEEP DOING IT is unacceptable.
I disable comments, make the image the smallest resolution possible, disable downloads/blog use, and leave two links in the description for a reason.
Thus, a few members are already removed from the ranks. Thanks.

I will be keeping the member list & affiliates in a separate journal from now own and will leave a link on the main page's journal. It's beginning to look cluttered.
By the way, the contest has been cancelled due to lack of participants (aka, none). Come on guys, I know you can do better than that. Maybe there'll be another contest. Give me suggestions, since you obviously don't like photomanips. Maybe I'll consider one of your ideas.
